2. Plotingo does not provide loans, does not act as a lender, and does not guarantee loan approval or disbursement.

3. Plotingo only provides consultation, advisory, coordination, and facilitation services related to real estate and financial matters.

4. If the client wishes, Plotingo may assist in connecting the client with banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, or authorized loan DSAs. Final loan approval, interest rate, tenure, charges, and disbursement are solely at the discretion of the respective financial institution.

5. Plotingo is not a bank, NBFC, financial institution, or government body and does not control or influence credit decisions.

6. Any timelines, eligibility opinions, or indicative figures shared by Plotingo are for guidance only and are not binding.

7. Consultancy or facilitation fees, if applicable, will be informed in advance and are non-refundable once services have started.

8. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents provided. Plotingo shall not be liable for any rejection, delay, or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Plotingo shall not be responsible for any act, omission, delay, rejection, or decision of any bank, NBFC, DSA, builder, seller, or third party.

10. Plotingo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial or legal loss.

11. By submitting any form or enquiry, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

12. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian law, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
