By using Plotingo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
• All information submitted by you is true, complete, and accurate.
• You will update your information whenever required.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Plotingo reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access if any information is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete.

Certain services require users to create an account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities performed through your account.
• Keeping your contact details updated.
• Preventing unauthorized access.

Plotingo shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

The Platform may provide:

• Property Listings
• Buyer & Seller Connections
• Real Estate Leads
• Loan Enquiries
• CRM Software
• Website Development
• Mobile Applications
• Digital Marketing
• Business Automation
• Lead Management
• Marketing Campaigns
• Other technology services introduced in the future.

Plotingo may modify, suspend, discontinue, or introduce new services at any time without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of property information uploaded on the Platform.

The listing owner confirms that:

• They have lawful authority to publish the property.
• The information is genuine.
• Images belong to them or are used with proper authorization.
• The property does not violate any law.

Plotingo does not independently verify ownership, title, approvals, legal status, pricing, or authenticity of every property listing.

Users must independently verify all information before entering into any transaction.

Users may submit loan enquiries through the Platform.

By submitting an enquiry, you authorize Plotingo to share your information with independent loan consultants, banks, financial institutions, or lending partners for the purpose of responding to your request.

Submission of a loan enquiry does not guarantee loan approval, eligibility, interest rates, sanctions, or disbursement. Plotingo does not influence lending decisions.

All lending decisions remain solely with the respective lender.

Plotingo may provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed for real estate professionals, builders, developers, brokers, loan consultants, and related businesses.

The CRM is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.

Users agree that:

• They are responsible for all data entered into the CRM.
• They will not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or copyrighted content without authorization.
• They are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business information.

Plotingo may periodically update, modify, improve, or discontinue CRM features.

Plotingo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the CRM due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, internet failures, or events beyond our control.

Plotingo may provide website and mobile application development services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Project timelines are estimates.
• Delivery depends upon timely approval, content, images, documents, and cooperation from the client.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope shall be treated as a separate project and may incur additional charges.
• Ownership of source code, designs, graphics, databases, or custom software shall be governed by the applicable project agreement.
• Delay by the client shall automatically extend the project timeline.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google Profile Optimization
• Social Media Marketing
• Meta Advertising
• Google Ads Management
• YouTube Marketing
• Branding Solutions
• Lead Generation
• Reputation Management
• Content Marketing

Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors, including competition, search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, budgets, audience behaviour, and market conditions.

Accordingly, Plotingo does not guarantee:

• First-page rankings on search engines.
• Specific numbers of leads, enquiries, sales, or conversions.
• Business growth or revenue.
• Social media followers or engagement.
• Approval of advertisements by third-party platforms.

Payments for subscriptions and services may be collected through authorised payment gateways, including Razorpay, and other payment methods made available on the Platform.

By making a payment, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
• You will pay all applicable charges, taxes, and statutory levies.
• Failure of payment authorisation may result in suspension, cancellation, or delay of services.

Plotingo does not store full payment card information. Payment processing is handled by authorised payment service providers in accordance with their applicable terms and security standards.

Certain services may be offered on monthly, quarterly, annual, or customised subscription plans.

Subscription benefits, pricing, validity, usage limits, renewal terms, and included features will be displayed on the Platform or in the applicable service proposal.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are payable in advance.
• Expired subscriptions may result in suspension of premium features.
• Unused subscription periods are not automatically refundable or transferable.

All fees displayed on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users are responsible for payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other applicable taxes, duties, levies, or statutory charges under applicable law.

Where required by law, Plotingo will issue valid tax invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.
• Digital services that have commenced, including website development, CRM setup, app development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, or consulting services, are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests may be considered only before work has commenced and shall be subject to review by Plotingo.
• Refunds, if approved, shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Plotingo may, at its sole discretion, offer free trials, promotional credits, discounts, coupons, or limited-time offers.

Such offers may be withdrawn, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice and shall be governed by the specific terms applicable to the offer.

Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent use of promotional offers may result in suspension or termination of the user account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, photographs, videos, software, source code, databases, website design, mobile applications, layouts, user interfaces, business processes, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Plotingo Real Estate Consulting LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained on the Platform grants any user ownership or licence to use Plotingo’s intellectual property except as expressly permitted in writing.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Plotingo.

Users may upload property details, photographs, videos, floor plans, documents, reviews, comments, advertisements, and other content.

By uploading such content, the user confirms that:

• They own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to publish it.
• The content is accurate and lawful.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by law.

The user grants Plotingo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

Plotingo reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Users shall not:

• Upload fake, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Impersonate any person, company, or organisation.
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scraping tools without authorisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or harmful code.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, spam, phishing, or any unlawful activity.
• Misuse leads, customer information, or personal data obtained through the Platform.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account and may also lead to legal action.

The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including payment gateways, banks, financial institutions, map services, communication providers, analytics tools, social media platforms, advertising networks, cloud hosting providers, or other external service providers.
